摘  要:贵州白香猪为贵州特有的地方品种,为了研究贵州白香猪apoA5基因多态性,试验采用直接测序法对贵州白香猪apoA5基因全序列2 473 bp进行单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)检测。结果表明:在apoA5基因的内含子2和外显子3中分别检测出1个、11个变异位点;有4个突变发生在氨基酸编码区内,其中3个突变为同义突变,而G1 185A突变为非同义突变,导致了密码子由CGC突变为CAC,从而导致氨基酸由精氨酸(Arg)突变为组氨酸(His);另外7个突变位点发生在3'-UTR;在检测出的12个变异位点中,G1 690C及G1 821C突变符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,其余10个位点偏离了Hardy-Weinberg平衡。Guizhou White xiang pig is a specific breed pig in Guizhou province. To study and research the apoA5 gene polymorphism of Guizhou White xiang pig , the polymorphism of directly sequence ( 2 473 bp ) of apoA5 gene was measured with the method of direct sequencing in Guizhou White xiang pig. The results showed that one variable site was detected in the second intron of apoA5 gene in Guizhou White xiang pig, and 11 variable sites were detected in the third exon of apoA 5 gene. In addition, 4 mutations took place in the amino acids coding region induding three synonymous mutations, while at the 1 185 bp, there was a nonsynonymous mutation, G →A mutation in a codon mutation from the CGC to CAC, resulting in amino acid change from arginiue (Arg) to histidine (His). Other 7 mutations occurred in 3' - untranslated region(UTR). Among the 12 polymorphic locus detected, the G1 690C and G1 821C mutations are in Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium, whereas the remaining 10 ones deviate from Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium.
