摘　　要：本文对反倾销领域的中国"非市场经济地位"问题进行了解读,并以美国商务部于1995年1月到2010年6月期间终裁的85起对华反倾销案件为研究样本,统计了这些案件的普遍税率和单独税率,共计1175个裁决结果,采用关联分析方法针对中国"非市场经济地位"对反倾销裁决结果的影响进行了实证研究。实证结果显示,中国的"非市场经济地位"对美国商务部肯定性裁决结果无显著影响,但对反倾销税率高低的裁决有显著影响。This paper interprets the issue of China＇ s non-market economic status in the anti-dumping. It uses the 85 anti-dumping cases against China which U.S. DOC made the final decision from January 1995 to June 2010, counts the China-wide rates and separate rates of these cases which have 1175 decisions totally, and makes empirical study on the effect of China＇ s non-market economic status on anti-dumping decision based on the association analysis. The results show that China＇ s non-market economic status hasn＇ t the significant effect on the positive decision of U.S. DOC, but has the significant effect on the level of anti-dumping tariff rate.
