摘  要:综述了节能保温材料的国内外研究现状及发展趋势,提出开展新型节能保温材料的防火阻燃研究势在必行。并重点介绍了采用锥形量热计、热分析仪、扫描电镜等研究测试手段深入研究新型节能保温材料的阻燃技术情况,展望其应用前景。研究中采用在有机阻燃剂中加入复合无机阻燃剂和在粘接剂分子结构中引入无机阻燃元素的技术路线,研制的新型节能保温防火阻燃材料不仅有高效的保温、隔热性能、优良的阻燃效果和高效的耐水、耐久性能,且无毒、燃烧时不产生浓烟和毒气,原料来源丰富,成本低。This paper describes the present situation and the future development of the global research on energy-efficient and heat-insulating fire-retardant materials, and puts forward that the research on the new type of energy-efficient and heat-insulating fireretardant materials is imperative. The research methods using cone calorimeter, thermal analyzer, scanning electron microscope, etc. are introduced and their future application is also prospected here. In this research, by adding the inorganic fire-retardant composite-materials into the organic materials and adding the inorganic fire-retardant elements into the molecular structure of the binding materials, the new type of energy-efficient and heat-insulating materials is developed. The new fire-retardant materials have properties of good heat-insula- tion, fire-retardancy, water-resistance, endurance, rich-source, low-cost, non-toxicity, no smoke or toxic gas in combustion.
