摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对断指再植患者术后身心康复的作用。方法采用Zung焦虑自评量表和自制的情绪问卷调查表,对我院2006年6月至2011年3月收治的158例断指再植患者术前时行问卷调查针对焦虑、恐惧等和情绪相关因素,给予个性心理护理并在术后第8天用相同问卷复查。比较心理护理前后患者的焦虑及情绪相关因素的差异。结果心理护理前后患者的焦虑与情绪相关因素均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理护理可减轻断指再植患者术后的焦虑和不良情绪,促进其心身健康提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of mental nursing for the post operative patients with replantation of severied finger.Methods To investigate the 158 petiens with replantation of severied finger who admitted from 2006 to 2011 in hospital by Zung anxiety evaluation sheet and emotion questionnaire.According to the factors of anxiety and emotion, mental nursing was underteok.The same investigation was repeated after operation 8 days.To compare the difference of correlation factors such as anxiety and emotion in post operative mental nursing with that in before mental nursing. Results The mean difference of correlation factors such as anxiety and emotion in post operative mental nursing with that in before mental nursing has statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Mental nursing can relieve anxiety and bad emotion in patients with replantaion of severied finger.Also it can promote physical and mental health and raise life quality.
