摘  要:活性炭基干法脱硫过程中的放硫关系到活性炭基脱硫的应用领域,研究避免和降低活性炭基脱硫过程中的放硫非常必要。根据脱硫过程中进口与出口硫化物形态的异同,总结了活性炭基脱硫过程中放硫的现象,重点介绍了脱硫过程中二氧化硫和羰基硫生成的放硫现象。从脱硫过程中气体组成出发,给出了活性炭基脱硫机理和放硫机理。综述了活性炭基脱硫剂本体、脱硫操作条件及气氛对活性炭基脱硫过程中放硫的影响规律,为未来活性炭基脱硫剂研究、开发以及使用提供依据。The phenomena of the emission of sulfide from activated carbon-based sorbents in dry desulfu- rization will influence the application fields of the sorhents. It is necessary to research on the avoidance and decrease of sulfide emission from activated carbon-based sorbents during desnlfurization. Based on the difference of sulfide shape in the inlet and outlet during desulfurization, the phenomena of emission of the sulfide from activated carbon-based desulfurization, and especially the formation of SO2 and COS during desulfurization were summarized. The mechanisms of desulfurization and sulfide emission were given ac- cording to gas composition in desulfurization. The influence of activated carbon properties, desulfurization operation condition and gas composition on sulfide emission was reviewed in order to provide a basis for the research on, development and application of activated carbon-based sorbents in the future.
