摘　　要：本文选取江西某地粉石英矿为原料,通过擦洗、分级脱泥、磁选、浮选、酸洗、煅烧等处理工艺,得到SiO2含量≥99.93%,铁、铝等杂质含量低,满足电子及电器工业用要求的硅微粉。In this paper,through the process like scouring,rating,desliming,magnetic separation,froth flotation,acid leaching,calcination and so on,the content of SiO2 of quartzite from Jiangxi could reach over 99.93%,the contents of impurities such as iron and aluminum are also lower than the electronic and electrical requirements of industrial silica.
