解脲支原体对雄性大鼠睾丸组织的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨解脲支原体（UU）体对雄性大鼠睾丸组织的影响。方法建立UU血清型8型感染大鼠睾丸模型，观察模型鼠睾丸组织病理改变，应用免疫组化法标记Toll样受体，观察模型鼠睾丸组织感染UU后局部免疫反应。结果（1）接种uu40d后，大鼠睾丸组织感染率为91．2％；（2）睾丸小叶明显萎缩，生精小管变性坏死，与对照组有明显差异；（3）睾丸组织中无明显炎症细胞浸润；（4）TLR：标记阳性，TLR4标记阴性。结论UU对睾丸组织有明显损伤作用，但局部免疫反应未被启动，损伤作用并非免疫反应引起。Objective To investigate the pathological changes of the testicle of the rats infected by Ureaplasma Urealyticum（UU）. Methods The rat model with testicle infected by UU was first established, and then the pathological changes of testicle were observed, and the local immune response was examined by Toll-like receptor （TLR） immunohistochemical labeling. Results The infection rate was 91.2% in the rat＇s testicle tissues after 40 days inoculation with UU. Obvious atrophy in testicular lobules, and degeneration and necrosis of seminiferous tubule were observed, which was different from that of the controlled group; No obvious inflammatory cell infiltration was observed in the testicle. The expression of TLR-2 was positive and TLR-4 was negative. Conclusion UU infection might injury the seminiferous tubules of the testis, whereas not activate the local immune response.
