摘 要:层流炉在热解和气化动力学等领域有了大量应用,但是仍存在一定的问题,自行设计了层流炉,并引入将二次气流预热的方法,使得炉内流动满足严格层流要求。利用热电偶对炉内温度场进行了测定,结果显示层流炉内温度分布均匀,温差在接受范围内,二次气流能够使得加热段入口处温度分布更加均匀,升温速度更快,并对实验室规模层流炉的设计提出了建议。Entrained flow reactor is widely used in the research of pyrolysis and gasification dynamics. There are still some problems in the existing entrain flow reactor. An entrain flow reactor is designed and the second airflow preheating methods is introduced, which make the flow status meet strict laminar flow requirements. The result display that the temperature distribution in the reactor is uniform, the temperature difference is within the limite, the second airflow preheating methods can make entrance temperature distribution more uniform and the heating rate speed up, therefore some suggestion was given to the lab-scale entrain designing.
