摘　　要：连续退火炉炉底辊表面涂层技术已在工业中被广泛应用。介绍了炉底辊的一般制作方法与基体材料,重点阐述了炉底辊的各种热喷涂方法、涂层材料以及有关炉底辊涂层材料的发明专利,为炉底辊涂层材料的优化和进一步发展提供了有益的参考。Face coating technology of hearth roller in continuous annealing furnace was widely used in industry. General making methods and base materials of hearth roller were introduced. Various thermal spray methods, coating materials and patents of hearth roller were elaborated particularly. This paper provides useful references for optimization and development of coating materials of hearth roller.
