摘  要:钢渣的堆存严重污染环境,占用大量土地,已影响到钢铁工业的可持续发展。如何最大限度地利用钢渣,减少废弃渣量,生产高附加值的钢渣产品是目前钢渣资源化利用的主要研究方向。探讨了钢渣经粒化轮法处理后成品渣的再利用途径,提出了将钢渣用于生产建筑骨料,钢渣超细粉以及透水砖的设计方案,并对所需设备及产生的效益进行初步分析,以期为钢渣的资源化利用提供解决方案。Serious environmental pollution and land occupation have been caused by the piling steel slag, meanwhile this steel slag have also hindered the sustainable development of steel industry. At present, the main direction of steel slag utilization are how to reduce the amount of waste steel slag and to produce high additional value products in a maximum extent. In order to provide a solution of steel slag utilization, the second utilization of steel slag treating by granulation wheel process has been discussed and the design plans on production of building aggregate, steel slag superfine power and permeable brick produced by steel slag have been proposed in this paper. The equipment and benefits required have been preliminarily analyzed at the same time.
