摘 要:利用弹簧模型方法研究了铝-粘接剂-铝结构中波的反射和透射系数。首先利用粘接层界面的一次反射导出切向和法向刚度比表达式;其次,推导了粘接层界面存在多次反射和透射时刚度比、谐振频率及反射系数之间的关系,得到了弱粘接结构的反射系数随着不同刚度比的变化规律;最后求解了弱粘接层厚度的变化对谐振频率的影响。理论分析和数值计算的结果表明:反射系数取极大值时粘接层厚度与谐振频率的积成奇数倍的关系,反射系数极小值时粘接层厚度与谐振频率的积成整数倍的关系;随着刚度比的增加,谐振频率向高频方向漂移,随刚度比的减小,反射系数逐渐的趋近与1。The reflection coefficient and resonance frequency of the plate structure bonded by an adhesive layer are studied theoretically and numerically calculation.According to the relationship between the ultrasonic propagation characteristic and spring model condition,the reflection coefficient of bonding layer is derived.The tangential and normal stiffness ratio of adhesive layer under once reflection echo is calculated.The stiffness ratio,resonance frequency and reflection coefficient of adhesive layer under multiple reflection echoes of bonding layer are calculated,and the effects of the variety of the stiffness ratio curves are shown.Finally,the influences of the thickness of adhesive layer on the multi-mode resonance frequency of a layered structure are calculated and the influence of multiple resonance frequency curves is discussed.
