摘  要:天钢3200m3高炉开炉后一直处于低水平冶炼状态,为改变这种状态,学习了宝钢的先进经验和操作理念,通过主抓精料、探索适合天钢高炉的装料制度、提高炉顶压力和高炉整体压差、富氧大喷吹和加湿鼓风等强化措施,取得了较好的冶炼效果,促使天钢3200m3高炉各项冶炼指标处于全国前列。TISCO 3 200 m3 BF had been maintained in a working state of low level since start-up.In order to change the state,strengthened measures of focusing on high quality burden,attempting a charging system suitable to TISCO BF,increasing the pressure difference between top of BF and the furnace and adopting big blasting flow rate with enriched oxygen and humidified blasting were taken after a study of the advanced experience and operating concept on BAOSTEEL was carried out.Good smelting results were obtained and all indices of TISCO 3 200 m3 BF promoted to the front rank domestically.
