摘 要:在大圆坯浇铸作业中,拉矫机的热坯压力是一个重要参数。热坯压力过大会使铸坯产生椭圆变形,严重影响铸坯表面质量;热坯压力过小,难以达到铸机拉矫辊克服的拉出铸坯的阻力,致使可能出现铸坯在生产过程中的下滑。针对天津钢铁集团有限公司大圆坯项目3#连铸热试过程中存在的溜坯现象,根据工艺及设备参数加以分析,依据理论计算和生产经验,进行热坯压力调整和数据优化,避免了溜坯现象的出现,保证了生产顺行。The hot bloom pressure at withdrawal and straightening unit is an important parameter during bloom casting operation.Excessive pressure can cause oval deformation in bloom,which seriously affects bloom surface quality;insufficient pressure may result in bloom downward slippage during production due to the lack of resistance at withdrawal roll for pulling the bloom out.In order to solve the bloom slippage problem at hot commissioning of Bloom Caster 3,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited,the authors made analysis on basis of process and equipment parameters,and adjusted hot bloom pressure and optimized data following theoretical calculation and production practice.The bloom slippage was eliminated and smooth production ensured.
