摘　　要：介绍我国"十五"期间建设测震台网专业软件评测平台基本架构及原理,举例描述了专业软件评测平台运行效果。认为,测震专业软件测试与评估对我国"十五"测震台网建设项目实施和提高台网运行质量发挥重要作用。＂Network to station and IP in observation instrument＂ is one of the most important items of the China Digital Seismological Observation Network Project. Seismic data collecting in the station, transferring from observation station to the centre, real-time processing in the data centre, and output of three elements of earthquake are all based on professional software. The software function relates to the reliability of processing result. In this article, the basic framework and principles of the professional software testing and evaluating platform that constructed during the 10th five-year plan of china is described. Its application is also shown here. The foundation and applications of software testing and evaluating platform play an important role in the construction and operation of seismic networks.
