摘 要:日本3.11地震引发海啸,造成福岛第一核电站严重损坏,引发核泄漏事件,再次引起人们对核电站安全的关注。本文介绍了核电站的工作原理;简析了福岛核电站核泄漏情况;日美军队参加福岛核电站核泄漏救援的情况;福岛核电站核泄漏事件造成的严重危害,对人员的伤害,空气污染,水体污染和土壤污染状况。探讨了美国三哩岛和俄罗斯切尔诺贝利核电站重大核事故及经验,展望了新一代核电技术的发展趋势与安全措施。Japan’s massive earthquake initiated radiation leaks from the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant since it was disabled by the March 11 tsunami. The safety of nuclear power plant was attracted the attention of people all over the world. The principle of operation of nuclear power plant was introduced, radiation leaks from the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant, the succor of Japanese army and U.S. Naval were briefly analyzed. The high overall radiation leaks that have caused health damage and contaminated the air, tap water, seawater, vegetables and soil were cited. The Chernobyl disaster, three miles island accident and their experience were discussed. The development direction of the new nuclear power plant and its safety measures were prospected.
