河南省高校可持续发展中的负债问题分析

摘　　要：如何控制和防范高校过度负债所带来的风险,确保高等教育事业的持续健康发展,是目前河南省高等教育所面临的一项紧迫任务。梳理河南部分高校债务现状,分析高校负债问题的成因,认为加大政府对高校发展的财政支持力度,争取国家政策倾斜,不断改革高校办学体制以及多方开拓筹资渠道等,可有效解决高校负债发展问题。With the fast development of China higher education,the problem of college debt has become more and more serious.Liability development of colleges and universities is a double-edged sword.It temporarily solved their capital requirement,however,it also led to the college bear a heavy loan principal and interest.Therefore,how to control and prevent the over-indebted risk,and promote college's sustained and healthy development has become an urgent issue.Carding status of partial college debt,college debt problem of the causes,and from increased government financial support for university development,for national policy preferences,the reform and open up university education system and multiple sources of financing and other aspects of development issues to resolve university debt.The proposal,which sustainable development in universities of Henan Province has important practical significance.
