摘 要:主要运用实验法,探讨不同太极拳运动强度在防治原发性高血压病过程中体现的自身特点,为防治高血压病运动处方的制定提供理论支持与实践指导。经过12周的太极拳运动,中强度与小强度太极拳运动对于研究对象的收缩压与舒张压均有显著影响。小强度与中强度太极拳运动对于身体形态均有显著的影响。中等强度对于腰围、臀围具有非常显著的影响。建议体质较弱的原发性高血压病患者可以采用小强度的太极拳运动进行防治。肥胖的原发性高血压患者可以采用中强度的太极拳运动进行防治。This research, by means of experiments, studies the characteristics of different exercise intensity of Taichi inter- ventions on the prevention of essential hypertension , which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for control of hypertension exercise prescription. After 12 weeks of Taichi exercise, medium and low exercise intensities of Taichi have significantly influence on systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Medium and low exercise intensity of Taichi for body shape have significant influence. Moderate intensity for waist, hip circumference has very significant influence. The authors suggest that a physique weaker primary hypertension patient can use low exercise intensity of Ttaichi to control hypertension. Obese patients with essential hypertension (eh) can use of medium exercise intensity of Taichi to control hy- pertension.
