摘  要:随着日本女性的社会地位不断提高,"男主外,女主内"的传统思想正在改变,很多女性进入社会就职。男女雇佣机会均等时代的到来、促进妇女就业的法规措施的强化、雇佣形态的多样化发展、子女教育费的压力、女性生活意识的变化等因素推动了日本女性就业的发展。但是,日本女性就业的同时也产生了诸多的社会影响。Improvements in the social status of females has brought great changes in the traditional idea of " husbands work outside the home and women become wives, mothers and housekeepers". More and more females have moved into work. The causes of development of Japanese female employment can be enumerated as follows : 1 ) the coming of an age of equal employment opportunities for women ; 2) the enforcement of law on women employment promotion ; 3 ) the increased variety of Japanese employment; 4) the burden of tuition fees for the younger generation ; and 5) womeng awareness of their lives. Moreover, the development in the Japanese female employment has also brought changes in various aspects.
