血清脂联素在慢性酒精中毒病人体内的变化及临床相关疾病研究

摘　　要：目的研究慢性酒精中毒病人的脂联素（APN）水平变化与脑卒中及其危险因素的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫分析法（ELISA）测定血清中脂联素水平；同时测定空腹血糖（FBG）、甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、HDL-C、LDL-C的水平。结果慢性酒精中毒患者血清脂联素与正常对照组相比较明显降低，并且与FBG呈负相关。结论慢性酒精中毒引起的低脂联素血症与脑卒中、高血压、血脂异常、动脉硬化、糖尿病等临床疾病密切相关。Objective To investigate the change of plasma adiponectin in patients of chronic alcoholism and its relationship to stroke and risk factors for stroke. Methods EIASA technique was used to detect adiponectin,FBG,TG,TC, HDL-C and LDL--C. Results The plasma concentration of adiponectin was significantly lower in chronic alcoholic group and negatively correlated with FBG. Conclusions The reduced level of plasma adiponectin in chronic alcoholism was closely related with stroke, hypertension, dys- lipidemia,arteriosclerosis and diabetes.
