摘　　要：目的:了解我院急诊处方的使用情况,分析产生不合理用药的原因,有针对性地寻求解决临床不合理用药的办法,为提高急诊处方质量、加强用药合理性监管提供科学依据。方法:取我院急诊药房2010年5—11月共52 844张处方进行分析。结果:不合格处方10 090张,占处方总数的19.09%;其中有些处方同时有多处不合格。结论:处方合格率不高,处方质量有待提高。医务人员责任心不强,医德法制观念淡薄;药师专业知识不足,审方不严;医院对处方的格式、正规书写没有严格的管理制度和有力的监督措施,导致药师无法正常行使审方的职责。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the situation of emergency prescriptions in our hospital,analyze the cause of irrational drug use and explore the approach to clinical rational drug use so as to provide scientific references for improving the quality of emergency prescriptions and strengthening management on rational drug use.METHODS：A total of 52 844 prescriptions collected from emergency pharmacy from May to November in 2010 were analyzed.RESULTS：There were 10 090 unqualified prescriptions（19.09%）.Some of them have more than one disqualification items in the same prescription.CONCLUSION：The rate of unqualified prescriptions was high and the quality of the prescriptions was far from perfect.Medical staffs lacked responsibility,legal awareness and medical ethics.Pharmacists had poor expertise and they failed to seriously check the prescriptions.The lack of strict management system and effective supervision measures on prescription form and prescription writing resulted in pharmacists＇ unable to take their normal responsibility to check the prescriptions.
