摘　　要：目的:了解桂林市漓东社区老年慢性病患病情况及用药现状,为研究促进老年慢性病合理用药提供工作切入点。方法:采取整群随机抽样入户面谈的方法,对漓东社区户籍的年龄≥65岁常住老年人中慢性病患病情况及用药现状进行调查和统计分析。结果:526名老年人中患各种慢性病者249例,总患病率为47.34%;所有慢性病患者均正在服用药物治疗,同时服用药物品种数平均为4种;服用抗高血压药和心脑血管系统用药的有178例,占71.49%。结论:老年慢性病用药品种多,社区医务人员应重视老年慢性病用药,把用药安全作为老年慢性病健康管理的一项重要内容,对慢性病患者开展药学服务工作,促进合理用药。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the conditions of the chronic diseases of the elderly patients in Guilin Lidong community and their drug use so as to provide references for promoting rational drug use among the elderly patients with chronic diseases.METHODS：By a cluster random sampling,the conditions of the elderly patients（older than 65） with chronic diseases in Lidong community and their drug use were investigated through interview in the household and which were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：249（47.34%） of the 526 senile patients had different chronic diseases.All the patients with chronic diseases were on medication of an average of 4 drugs concurrently,with 178（71.49%） taking antihypertensive drugs and cerebrovascular drugs.CONCLUSION：A variety of drugs are available for senile chronic diseases.The medical staff in community should attach importance to the use of drugs for chronic diseases and regard safe medication as an important factor included in health management of chronic diseases of the aged meanwhile providing pharmaceutical care for the elderly patients with chronic diseases so as to promote the rational use of drugs among them.
