摘　　要：目的:分析我院咨询问题,为今后更好地为临床服务提供依据。方法:对我院1 320例次患者和医务人员提出的药物咨询问题进行分析。结果:咨询问题平均每月220例;其中用法用量问题628例(47.57%);用药安全性问题共358例(27.12%),包括药理作用和适应证、药品不良反应、使用注意事项、药物相互作用。结论:通过药物咨询,提高了患者的用药依从性,从而提高了药品的疗效,降低了药品不良反应;同时加强了药师、医师、护士间的沟通,以协同提高医疗服务质量。OBJECTIVE：To analyze the questions consulted about drug use in our hospital for references of developing better service for clinic.METHODS：The questions presented by 1 320 cases（either patients or medical staff） in the drug consultation were analyzed.RESULTS：There were 220 cases of drug consultation monthly on average.Of the total 1 320 cases,628（47.57%） had questions about dosage and administration,and 358（27.12%） about medication safety including pharmacologic action and indications,adverse drug reactions,precautions for use and drug interaction.CONCLUSION：The drug consultation improved patients＇ medication compliance and the curative efficacy,reduced the adverse drug reactions,meanwhile,it strengthened the communication among pharmacists,physicians and nurses so as to improve the quality of medical service cooperatively.
