摘 要:笔者选择AMPS作为阴离子单体,DMC作为阳离子单体,与AM进行三元共聚,按照单体配比为n(AMPS):n(AM):n(DMC)=2:5:1合成了低分子量两性离子聚合物(以下简称LADA).在钻井液体系中多种物质存在的情况下,发现其在负性界面具有较好的吸附能力,对粘土颗粒有分散絮凝作用,使钻井液体系更加均匀,同时两性基团起到了协调稳定作用.实验证明加入LADA不仅提高了钻井液体系的稳定性,而且对降低不同温度不同密度钻井液体系的滤失量也有显著效果;并且对其在钻井液体系中的作用机理进行了探讨.This paper synthesize low molecular weight zwitter - ion polymer (LADA) by n (AMPS) : n ( AM ) : n ( DMC ) = 2 : 5 : 1, choosing AMPS as anion monomer, DMC as cation monomer and AM for the ternary copolymerization. When there are several substances in drilling fluid system, we find that LADA has good adsorbability on electronegativity interface, and also can disperse and flocculate clay particle, make drilling fluid system more uniform, meanwhile amphoteric groups play a part in coordination and stability. Experiments show that LADA not only improve the stability of drilling fluid system, but also obviously reduce fluid loss under different temperatures and densities, and we have discussed the mechanism of action of LADA in drilling fluid system.
