抗幽门螺杆菌感染药物治疗消化性胃溃疡的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨抗幽门螺杆菌感染药物治疗消化性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法 40例消化性胃溃疡患者随机平分为2组,治疗组采用基于奥美拉唑的三联疗法治疗,对照组采用基于雷钡拉唑的三联疗法治疗。结果治疗后治疗组的有效率为90.0%,对照组为85.0%,2组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前2组血清NO无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后2组NO都有明显上升(P<0.05),2组相比也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论抗幽门螺杆菌感染药物治疗消化性胃溃疡都能取得较好的效果,能减少血清NO含量,值得推广应用。Objeotive To explore clinical effect of treating patients suffering from peptic gastric ulcer with anti--infection drug against Helieobaeter pylori.Methods 40 patients with peptic gastric ulcer were randomly divided into Treatment Group and Control Group.Treatment Group was treated with omeprazole-based triple therapy;on the other hand,control Group was treated with rabeprazole--based triple therapy.Results After treatment,both groups demonstrated no significant differences in drug effectiveness by comparison（P〉0.05）.Both groups had no significant differences in serum No.（P〉0.05） before treaiment.Throughout treatment,both groups had higher serum No.（P〈0.05）,showing no significant differences hy comparison （P〉0.05）.Conclusion It is worth promoting to treat patients suffering from peptic gastric ulcer with antiinfection drug against Helieobacter pylori for it has good curative effects and reduces serum No.content concurrently.
