麻柔教授应用含砷中药治疗血液病的临床实践

摘　　要：麻柔教授从事中西医结合血液病临床及实验研究40余年,擅用中医整体观念和辨证论治治疗血液系统疑难性疾病。在应用含砷中药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、原发性真性红细胞增多症(CMPDPV)、原发性血小板增多症(CMPD-ET)、部分不能分类骨髓增生异常综全征/骨髓增殖性疾病及除急性早幼粒细胞白血病以外的其他类型的急性非淋巴细胞白血病中进行了大胆创新与探索,对某些病种的治疗积累了较成熟的经验,部分虽处于探索阶段,但已初步显示出良好的效果。Professor MA Rou has been engaged in clinical and basic research of hematology for more than 40 years.He is excel in the treatment of refractory hematological diseases under the guidance of holism and syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine.Application of arsenic-containing Chinese herbal medicine in treating myelodysplastic syndrome （MDS）,primary polycythemia vera （CMPD-PV）,primary thrombocythemia （CMPD-ET）,MDS-U,myeloproliferative disease,acute non lymphocytic leukemia except for promyelocytic leukemia,Prof.MA has made great innovation and exploration.For some diseases,he has obtained much mature experiences.Although some are still in the stage of exploration,ideal clinical effects has been shown primarily.
