砷角化病并发鳞状细胞癌1例

摘　　要：患者男,57岁。全身皮肤色素异常30年。曾因"哮喘"服用砒霜1年。皮肤科情况:全身皮肤色素沉着并夹杂有色素脱失斑,躯干、四肢散在大小不等的黑褐色斑块,左季肋部可见一暗红色结节,上覆黑褐色痂。左右足踝部各见一红色结节,表面糜烂并覆分泌物。皮损组织病理示:鲍温病;砷角化病;鳞状细胞癌。A 57-year-old man who presented with a 30-year history of general distributed Hyperpigmentation. He had taken oral white arsenic to treatment his asthma for one year. Medical examination found that generalized hy- perpigmentation patches with hypopigmentation spots on body and dark brown plaques on the trunk and extre- minties. One dark red nodules overlying clark brown crust on the the left hypochondrium and a red nodules on each ankle with erosion and secretions were noted. Histologic examination confirmed diagnosis of Bowens dis- ease,Arsenical keratoses and squamous cell carcinoma.
