摘　　要：目的研究优秀民航飞行员的心理特征。方法访谈12人,问卷调查171名优秀民航飞行员,人格测试213名优秀民航飞行员。结果 1)外向型人格占志愿者的76.1%,内向型占23.9%;2)注意集中、时空知觉、反应速度平均值为3.7以上,注意广度平均值低于3.0;3)意志力、危机应对、情绪稳定平均值高于3.5,情绪调控方法获得途径平均值低于3.0。结论优秀民航飞行员应具备的心理特征为:1)较高的情绪稳定性;2)性格外向、随和,善于与他人相处;3)具有较好的逻辑思维能力和顿悟思维能力;4)注意力集中,同时注意分配和注意转移能力较好,良好的三维时空判断能力,反应快,记忆力好;5)危机应对及问题解决能力强;6)克服各种困难的意志力高。Objective To study the psychological characteristics of elite civil aviation pilots.Methods Interview to 12 people,questionnaire to 171 elite civil aviation pilot and personality test to 213 elite civil aviation pilots were carried out.Results 1）The percentage of extrovert personality was 76.1% and introvert was 23.9%;2）The average value of the attention,spatio-temporal perception and reaction speed were above 3.7,attention span was below 3.0;3）The average value of willpower,crisis response and emotional stability were more than 3.5,the average value of acquired ways about emotion regulation method was below 3.0.Conclusion The elite civil aviation pilots should be of good psychological characteristics：1）higher emotional stability;2）extrovert character,amiable,to be good at getting along with others;3）better logical and insight thinking ability;4）excellent attention concentration,good attention distribution ability and attention shift capability synchronously,excellent three-dimensional space and time judgement,as well as nimble response and good memory ability;5）good crisis response and problem solving ability;6）excellent willpower overcome various difficulties.
