摘　　要：目的探讨中孕期(20～28周)胎儿腹壁皮下组织厚度(ASTT)的变化。方法超声测量236例健康初产孕妇的胎儿ASTT,分析胎儿ASTT在中孕期的变化。结果胎儿ASTT随孕周增长:20周为(1.69±0.25)mm,24周为(2.08±0.21)mm,28周为(2.59±0.42)mm(P<0.05)。孕26～27周可见胎儿ASTT增长较为迅速。结论胎儿ASTT与孕周相关;孕26～27周可见胎儿ASTT增长较为迅速。胎儿ASTT可作为评测中孕期胎儿宫内营养发育的参考指标。Objective To investigate the changes of the thickness of abdominal subcutaneous tissue in normal fetus during middle pregnancy.Methods The changes of fetal abdominal subcutaneous tissue thickness（ASTT） in normal fetus were measured by ultrasound in 236 healthy pregnant wemen during middle pregnancy.Results Fetal ASTT increased as pregnant duration increased,which was（1.69±0.25） mm in 20 weeks of gestation,（2.08±0.21） mm in 24 weeks of gestation,and（2.59±0.42） mm in 28 weeks of gestation（P0.05）.Conclusion Fetal ASTT is associated with the duration of preliminary,the growth of which is faster during 26 to 27 pregnant weeks than that during the other pregnant weeks and may be taken as a marker for evaluating fetal nutrition and development during middle gpregnancy.
