摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈管诊刮(ECC)在Ⅲ型宫颈转化区患者诊治中的应用价值。方法选择首次接受阴道镜检查的Ⅲ型宫颈转化区患者130例,行ECC和病理检查。结果 13例(10%)患者病理结果有细胞学异常。高度病变组细胞学异常阳性率为100%。结论结合细胞学检查,对于Ⅲ型转化区且阴道镜下未见异常图像的患者必须行ECC。Objective To explore the value of endocervical curettage（ECC） in diagnosis and treatment of cervical conization type Ⅲ.Methods A total of 130 patients received ECC and pathological examination.Results Of 130 cases,13 cases（10%） had abnormal histopathology results.The positive rate of histopathological abnormality in the cases with high cervical lesions was 100%.Conclusion ECC should be performed in the patients with cervical conization type Ⅲ,who has no abnormal images under vaginoscope.
