超声及超声造影在肝脓肿诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨常规超声和超声造影在肝脓肿诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析34例肝脓肿患者的临床和影像学资料,观察其常规超声和超声造影特征。结果肝脓肿患者的常规超声声像图特征表现为不均匀团块状回声,内部为低回声或无回声,厚壁,内壁粗糙、不光滑,呈"虫蚀状"。超声造影特征主要表现为动脉期快速环状或整体增强呈蜂窝状。结论超声造影是检查肝脓肿的首选方法,其在肝脓肿诊断中有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of conventional ultrasound and contrast - enhanced uhrasound （CEUS） in diagnosis of hepatic abscess. Methods Thirty - four patients with hepatic abscesses were enrolled in this study, their clinical and imaging data were analyzed, and the conventional ultrasound and CEUS characteristics were observed. Results The typical conventional ultrasonic characteristics in patients with hepatic abscesses was heterogeneous echo with internal low echo or without echo, thick wall, rough and unsmoothed inner surface. While the lesions demonstrated rapid circumferential or integrated enhancement in the arterial phase on CEUS. Conclusion CEUS is the first examination method for diagnosing hepatic abscess, which has important application value in clinic.
