摘  要:目的探讨新型融合器在下腰椎微创融合手术中的应用效果。方法自行设计一种用于TLIF手术的微创腰椎椎间融合器,将其应用于Xtube下的微创TLIF手术,共8例,各植入融合器1枚。并记录手术时间、手术出血量,随访观察术前、术后有无融合器松动、下沉、椎间隙感染等情况。采用JOA评分对手术效果进行评价。结果平均手术时间(155±46)min,平均手术出血量(128±55)ml。术前评分(16.1±2.5)分,术后评分(27.7±1.6)分,临床症状改善率为89.9%。随访12~18个月,未出现融合器移位、下沉、椎间隙感染等并发症。结论新型微创融合器使用不需要另取髂骨,适合在微创手术中应用,初步疗效肯定。Objective To investigate clinical use of a new kind cage in lumbar minimally invasive operation.Methods A minimally invasive cage for transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion through Xtube was developed.8 cases underwent the minimally invasive spine fusion operation implanted with 8 cages.The results were evaluated by JOA score method and the operation time,average blood loss were recorded respectively.During the following up,the subsidence,migration of cage and interbody infection were observed.Results The average operation time was(155±46) min,blood loss was(128±55) ml.The JOA scores were (16.1±2.5) and(27.7±1.6) before and after operation respectively,and improvement rate was 89.9%.All cases were followed up for 12~18 months,there were no cage migration,subsidence and interbody infection.Conclusions This new cage show a good result for the primary use in minimally invasive interbody fusion cage,which provide a new way for TLIF without need iliac bone.
