骨关节痛风结石的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨骨关节痛风结石的手术治疗效果。方法对经临床确诊的11例骨关节痛风结石患者（39个关节）采用痛风病灶清除和刮骨植骨术,术前、术后药物治疗,术后早期行CPM关节功能锻炼和康复治疗。结果手术切口均一期愈合,关节畸形矫正,血尿酸下降。11例均获随访,时间6个月~3年。关节功能明显改善,无痛风石复发,手指麻木感减轻。结论对骨关节痛风结石患者采用以手术为主的综合治疗效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of operative therapy of bone and joint tophus.Methods 39 joints of 11 patients with bone and joint tophus confirmed through clinical diagnosis were performed debridement of gout lesions,tophus resection and autologous bone graft.Medical therapy was done preoperatively and postoperatively.CPM function training and rehabilitation therapy were allowed early postoperatively.Results Primary healing of the wound was achieved in all cases,deformity of joint was corrected,and serum uric acid was decreased.11 patients were followed up ranged from 6 months to 3 years.Function of joint was obviously improved.The tophus got no recurred,and neuropathy symptoms of the hand were relieved.Conclusions Using the operative complex therapy,the primary effect for patient with bone and joint tophus is good.
