摘　　要：目的:探讨宽大额肌瓣悬吊术矫正重度先天性上睑下垂的临床效果。方法:对34例(52眼)重度先天性上睑下垂患者进行宽大额肌瓣悬吊术治疗,观察分析术中、术后并发症,随访观察术后效果。结果:术后随访3个月～2年效果满意,睑缘外形自然,闭合自如,无复发和并发症。结论:宽大额肌瓣血供非富,悬吊牢靠,适用于重度上睑下垂的治疗。ObjectiveTo discuss the width frontalis muscle flap suspension in treatment of severe blepharoptosis effect.Methods52 eyes of 36 patients with severe congenital blepharoptosis were treated by width frontalis muscle flap suspension surgery. Complications and therapy effect at operation and postoperation were observed.ResultsAfter 3months to 2 years, all patients have got a satisfying effect as a result of nature contour, free coroclisis and no complication and palindromia.ConclusionThe width frontalis muscle flap suspension is an effective method for correcting the severe blepharoptosis with sufficient blood supply and firm suspension.
