摘  要:目的:对纯钛表面不同化学组成的Ti O2涂层可能存在的潜在细胞毒性进行研究,为该材料应用于临床提供实验依据。方法:参照GB/T16886和国家医药管理局颁布的行业标准YY/T 0127的评价标准和要求,采用规定的L929细胞,经材料浸提液与细胞共培养方式对纯钛表面不同化学组成的Ti O2涂层进行细胞毒性测试,采用MTT比色法,测定各组1、3、5天L929细胞的相对增殖率来判别材料对细胞的毒性程度,并进行统计学分析比较。结果:各实验组与阴性对照组两两比较对L929细胞的增殖差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);各实验组与阳性对照组进行两两比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);细胞毒性为1级。结论:该Ti O2涂层与L929细胞相容性好,参照GB/T16886和YY/T 0127标准属于安全范围。Objective To evaluate the biocompatability of titania films with different chemical composition on the surface of titanium,to provide an experimental evidence for its clinical application. Methods According to the criteria for evaluation of cellular trials recommended in GB/T16886 and YY/T 0127, L929 cells was performed and the pictures were taken after co-culture with extract of the titania films with different chemical composition and direct contact with The titania films at intervals of ld,3d and 5d.Using the MI-F methods, calculate the relative multiplication rate of cells of the titania films to distinguish the cytotoxicity. Results The growth and proliferation of cultured cells were not significantly inhibited in every composite group and the negative group (P〉0.05).There was a significant difference between every composite group and the positive group(P〈0.05), indicating good cell biocompatibility.The cellular toxicity was 1 degree. Conclusion The titania films with different chemica) composition on the surface of titanium have good cellular compatibility in vitro.
