驱白巴布期片治疗寻常型白癜风临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察驱白巴布期片治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效。方法:门诊收集887例白癜风患者,随机分为两组:治疗组445例,给予口服驱白巴布期片;对照组442例,给予口服甲氧沙林片,两组均联合外用复方卡力孜然酊及卤米松。两组均连续治疗6个月,分别于2、4、6个月进行临床疗效和不良反应的评价。结果:治疗组445例和对照组442例总有效率分别为77.5%和61.8%;治疗组内病程<1年组及病程>1年组的有效率分别为93.5%和73.2%;对照组内病程<1年组及病程>1年组的有效率分别为78.2%和56.7%。以上三组数据经检验均具有统计学差异。同时,治疗组和对照组在治疗2、4、6个月后产生色素的皮损片数具有统计学差异。结论:驱白巴布期片治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组患者均无严重不良反应发生,驱白巴布期片治疗白癜风疗效确切,安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Qubai Babuqi Tablets in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 887 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group were 445 cases,which received oral administration of Qubai Babuqi Tablets,while the control group were 442 cases,which received oral administration of methoxsalen pellet, and both of the two groups combing with the Fufang Kaliziran Ding and Halometasone cream for 6 months. Investigate the clinical efficacy after 2,4,6 months respectively. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.5% and the control group was 61.8%.The efficiency was improved obviously compared with the control group. Conclusion Qubai babuqi tablets is effective in the treatment of vitiligo and therefore deserves further clinical applications
