摘　　要：Recently, a Large low-pressure casting machine （type 4512） was developed successfully by the Zhejiang Wanfeng TechnoZogy Development Co., Ltd. This low pressure casting machine is 13 meters in height, 10 meters in width and weighs 70 t. Its worktable size is 4.5 m × 3 m, and the furnace capacity is up to 1.5 t; it can be used to produce the various types of high-quality aluminum alloy low pressure castings with weight from 30 kg to 800 kg and the size range within 4 m ×2.5 m ×2.5 m, such as the connector of the engine K50 and K38, gear cover,
