隔药灸脐法治疗脾虚型肠易激综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较隔药灸脐法与隔淀粉灸脐法治疗脾虚型肠易激综合征的疗效差异。方法选取40例脾虚泄泻型肠易激综合征患者,随机分成两组,每组20例,观察组采用隔药灸,对照组采用隔淀粉灸,对两组疗效进行比较。结果两组脾虚泄泻症状评分在治疗期和随访期与治疗前比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01),且隔药灸脐较隔淀粉灸脐可以更好地改善患者泄泻症状。结论脐疗可以有效地改善泄泻症状,隔药灸脐优于隔淀粉灸脐。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Herb-partitioned moxibustion on Shenque（CV 8） with farina-partitioned moxibustion in treating irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） of spleen deficiency type.Methods Forty patients with IBS of spleen deficiency type were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,20 in each.The treatment group was treated by herb-partitioned moxibustion,and the control was treated by farina-partitioned moxibustion.The therapeutic effects would be compared after treatment.Results Compared with pre-treatment,both groups had improvement in diarrhea scoring in short-term and follow-up stage（P0.01）,and herb-partitioned moxibustion was better than farina-partitioned moxibustion in improving diarrhea symptom.Conclusion Navel therapy can effectively ameliorate diarrhea symptom and herb-partitioned moxibustion is better than farina-partitioned moxibustion.
