穴位贴敷辅助治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价穴位贴敷疗法配合西药治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将62例老年2型糖尿病患者按基本情况配对分成两组,每组31例。A组单纯应用口服西药治疗;B组口服西药减半量,同时选用胰俞、脾俞、肾俞、曲池、三阴交、足三里等穴位外敷治疗贴。试验前后分别检测空腹血糖、果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白及血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,并观察不良反应发生状况。另设健康老年人为对照组,应用统计学进行分析。结果试验后,A组和B组患者空腹血糖、果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白水平较试验前无明显波动(P>0.05);B组血清总胆固醇水平有显著性下降(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯水平较试验前也有降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平上升不明显(P>0.05);A组血脂水平则无变化(P>0.05)。B组不良反应发生例次低于A组。结论穴位贴敷辅助西药治疗老年2型糖尿病能达到较理想的降糖效果,且有一定的调脂作用,可明显减少西药剂量,减少或减轻药物的不良反应。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acupoint application therapy in cooperation with Western drug treatment for senile type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty-two patients with senile type 2 diabetes were randomly allocated to two groups,31 cases each.Group A took Western drugs alone.Group B took half dosage of Western drugs and in addition received external application of medicinal paste at points Yishu（Ex）,Pishu（BL 20）,Shenshu（BL 23）,Quchi（LI 11）,Sanyinjiao（SP 6） and Zusanli（ST 36）.Fasting blood glucose,fructosamine,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride levels were measured befor and after treatment.A control group of healthy elderly persons was set up.A statistical analysis was made.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,fructosamine and glycosylated hemoglobin levels did not change significantly in group A and B as compared with before treatment（P0.05）;serum total cholesterol levels decreased significantly（P0.01）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride levels also decreased significantly as compared with before treatment（P0.05） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels did not increase significantly（P0.05） in group B;blood lipid levels did not change significantly in group A（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in group B than in group A.Conclusions Acupoint application-assisted Western drug treatment for senile type 2 diabetes can produce a more desirable hypoglycemic effect and has a certain regulating action on lipids.It can significantly decrease the dosage of Western drugs and reduce or mitigate adverse drug reactions.
