摘　　要：契约治理的兴起缘于市场经济的发展和完善、公民社会的兴起与信息时代的来临,它已经成为政府治理模式演变的新趋势,与传统政府管理模式相比,契约治理具有一些显著特点,深入研究契约治理具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。Contractual governance owes its rise to the development and perfection of market economy,the rise of civil society and the advent of the information age.It has already become a new trend of government management mode evolution.Compared with the traditional government management mode,contractual governance has some remarkable characteristics.Further study of the contractual governance is of an immense theoretical and practical significance.
