摘　　要：本文介绍了在AutoCAD生成的XML格式数据的基础上,通过插件式GIS实现CAD数据到GIS数据高效而准确的转换,同时给出了算法的关键代码以及程序的运行结果。This paper introduced the way to convert CAD data efficiently and accurately to GIS data by a Plug-GIS,and the application is implemented base on XML data which is generated by AutoCAD,at the same time gave the key code of the algorithm and the running results.
