氧氟沙星滴耳液配合泼尼松龙鼓室注射治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼓室内注入0.3%氧氟沙星滴耳液配合泼尼松龙治疗分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的效果。方法对140例(160耳)SOM患者(治疗组)行鼓膜穿刺,并向鼓室内注射0.3%氧氟沙星滴耳液和泼尼松龙;对照组144例(160耳)鼓室内注射泼尼松龙。随访2个月,对两组的总有效率和治疗次数进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为90.0%,两组比较,χ2=7.68,P<0.01;两组治疗次数比较,χ2=104.532,P<0.01。结论 0.3%氧氟沙星滴耳液配合泼尼松龙鼓室内注射对SOM患者有明显疗效。Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of 0.3% ofloxacin ear drops and prednisolone solution injected into the tympanic membrane by puncturing on secretory otitis media（SOM） patients.Methods There were 140 patients（160 ears） in treat group treated by 0.3% ofloxacin ear drops and prednisolone solution injected into the tympanum and 144 cases（160 ears） in control group treated by prednisolone solution injected into the tympanum.After the therapeutical course finished,the total effective rates and the curative frequencies of these two groups were compared between them in two months.Results The total effective rate of treat group was 97.5%,obviously higher than that of control group（90.0%）.The curative frequency of treat group was significantly shorter than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The therapy with 0.3% ofloxacin ear drops and prednisolone solution injected into the tympanum though tympanic membrane has obvious effect for patients suffering from SOM.It is recommended for the treatment of SOM as a conservative method.
