疏血通注射液对髋部骨科术后患者血浆ET水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏血通注射液对髋部术后患者血浆内皮素(ET)水平变化的影响及其临床意义。方法:将50例髋部术后患者随机分为两组,均行常规基础治疗,疏血通组23例,给予疏血通注射液静脉滴注;低分子肝素钠组27例患者,给予低分子肝素钠皮下注射,疗程均为14d。结果:两组血浆ET水平均较术后第3d明显下降(P<0.05),且疏血通组的含量明显低于低分子肝素钠组(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通注射液可使髋部术后血浆ET含量降低,调节凝血和抗凝功能的动态平衡,降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。Objective To investigate shuxuetong injection to the change of plasma endothelin（ET） levels on the patients after hip orthopedic operation and its clinical significance.Methods 50 hip orthopedic surgery patients were randomly divided into the shuxuetong group and the low-molecular-weight heparin（LMWH） group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.Shuxuetong group were 23 cases,each patient was given shuxuetong intravenous injection 6ml once a day,LMWH group contain 27 cases,each patients was given LMWH 5000IU subcutaneously once daily.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Results ET level of two groups showed marked drop compared with the third day after operation（P0.05）,and the ET level of shuxuetong group was lower compared with the LMWH group,P0.05.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can decrease the ET level after hip orthopedic surgery,adjust the coagulant and the anticoagulant balance,significantly also,reduced deep-vein thrombosis incidence.
