青藏地区蒙古族青年跨文化适应力的调查研究

摘　　要：通过对蒙古族大、中学生跨文化适应力的问卷调查,发现蒙古族青年跨文化适应力存在显著的年龄差异,不存在性别差异;蒙古族大学生与汉族大学生在跨文化意识、跨文化情感和跨文化态度方面有显著差异,在跨文化能力方面无差异。Based on the on the questionnaire survey cross-cultural adaptability of Mongolian Youths including college and midddle school students.The auther holds that the cross-cultural adaptability of Mongolian youths in the age there are significant differences,no gender differences;Compared with the college student of Han Nationnality,the college student of Mongolian have significant differences in cross-cultural awareness,cross-cultural emotion and cross-cultural attitudes,while there was no difference in cross-cultural capabilities.The study on the cross-cultural adaptability of Mongolian youths can improve their environment adaptability in a multicultural learning and living,Meanwhile it plays an important role in exploring the commmnication and understanding of national education and promoting national communication and cooperation.
