摘　　要：目的总结额-眶骨-蝶骨纤维结构不良临床特点及手术治疗。方法回顾总结5例额-眶骨-蝶骨纤维结构患者的临床表现,影像以及经颅视神经减压手术治疗,并复习相关文献。结果 5例患者均经颅行颅骨病变切除视神经减压手术治疗并行颅骨修补术。额-眶骨-蝶骨纤维结构不良常出现视力下降。手术效果与病变切除程度、术前视力有关。结论额-眶骨-蝶骨纤维结构不良应早期治疗,经颅行颅骨病变切除视神经减压手术治疗并行颅骨修补术可阻止视力的进行性下降,改善头部颜面部外形。Objective To sum up the clinical characteristics of fronto-orbito-sphenoidal fibrous dysplasia.Methods Five patients with fronto-orbito-sphenoidal fibrous dysplasia were treated by microsurgery through transcranial approach.The clinical manifestation,CT characteristics,surgical techniques and outcomes were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases,who had often had visual loss,underwent resection of skull diseases,decompression of optic canal and skull repair.The operative effect was related to the extent of lesion resection and pre-operative vision.Conclusion With early treatment,transcranial microsurgery of skull lesion resection,optic canal decompression and skull repair,patients with fronto-orbito-sphenoidal fibrous dysplasia could prevent vision from progressive decrease,and improve the external appearance of head and facial area.
