摘  要:采用OP-10/正丁醇/环己烷微乳体系制备出新型固体超强酸Ce^(4+)-SO_4^(2-)/SnO_2-Nd_2O_3。以乙酸正丁酯合成为探针反应。得出Ce^(4+)-SO_4^(2-)/SnO_2-Nd_2O_3的优化制备条件:R=65:100(表面活性剂:水溶液),Ce(SO_4)_2·4H_2O占8%,Nd_2O_3加入量为8%,陈化时间12 h,浸渍浓度3 mol/L,焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间3 h。并采用XRD、FTIR、TG-DTA和SEM表征技术对该催化剂的结构进行研究。A new type of rare earth solid superacid catalyst Ce4+-SO42-/SnO2-Nd2O3 was prepared by microemulsion method in OP-10/n-butanol/cyclohexane system. The catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst was evaluated by esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol. The optimum conditions for the preparation of solid superacid Ce4+-SO42-/SnO2-Nd2O3 are mass ratio between surfactant and solution 65: 100, content of Ce(SO4)2·4H2O 8%, content of Nd2O38%, aging time 12 h,concentration of impregnating solution 3 mol/L, calcining temperature 550℃ and Calcining time 3 h. And the physicchemical properties of the materials were characterized by XRD, FTIR, TG-DTA and SEM.
