天丝弹力针织物的染整工艺研究

摘　　要：针对天丝弹力针织物易起毛、染料的初始上染率高、采用常规工艺加工容易出现色花、布面毛头多、光洁度差等品质问题,从织物预定形、生物抛光酶处理、染色和定形整理等工序,重点优选了生物拋光酶、染料和助剂,优化了生物抛光酶处理条件和染色行机条件,并采用优化后工艺进行生产实践。测试结果表明,该优化工艺生产的产品无染花,布面光洁度好,抗起毛起球等级提高到3~4级。Due to the easy fuzzing and higher initial dye-uptake of Tencel knitted elastic fabric,the conventional processing technology tends to result in colored spots,fiber raising and worse cleariness.According to the technology of pre-setting,bio-enzyme polishing,dyeing and qualitative finishing,this paper mainly optimizes the bio-polishing enzymes,dyes and auxiliaries,determines the conditions for bio-polishing enzyme treatment and dyeing process and implements a production practice.The testing results indicate that products from the optimized technology show no variegation but good cleariness with a anti-pilling level of 3～4.
