提高染色一次成功率实践

摘　　要：为解决化验室到染色现场的重现性差问题,通过采用1 kg缸进行放样,从染色工艺、浴比、织物运行时间等方面模拟染色现场,对化验室提供的配方进行检验、修正,从而使染色一次成功率明显提高,42缸样一次成功38缸,达90.5%,并根据实际生产数据分析了染色重现性提高原因以及有待提高的问题,为生产中提高染色一次成功率提供一定的依据。In order to solve the worse reproducibility from the laboratory to the dyeing spot,this paper uses a vat of one kilogram to make a lofting,simulates the real dyeing process in terms of dyeing technology,bath ratio and processing period,verifies and corrects the prescription from the laboratory,and thus effectively improves the one-time dyeing success.In addition,this paper also analyzes the reasons for improvement or deficiency of dyeing reproducibility for the purpose of providing some references for improving the one-time dyeing success.
