基于CAA的汽车制动器三维零件库的开发

摘　　要：企业在利用三维设计软件CATIA进行设计过程中,经常遇到同一产品反复设计的问题。为了提高设计效率,文章利用VC++为开发平台,通过嵌入CATIA的开发环境组件CAA RADE及调用CAA API实现了对CATIA V5的二次开发,建立了制动器部分零件的零件库,并以某车型的制动器关键零部件为例介绍了本系统的运行方法。测试结果表明,此系统能实现快速设计,提高了设计效率,为CATIA后续更深入的开发提供了借鉴。Enterprises often encountered the repeated design while using three-dimensional design software CATIA in same product design.In order to improve design efficiency,using VC＋＋ as a development platform,embedding development environment components of CATIA CAA RADE and calling of CAA API,CATIA V5＇s second development is achieved and some parts library of brake is established.Taking the key parts of a vehicle＇s brake system for an example,the operation method of this system is introduced.The test results show that this system can achieve rapid design.Design efficiency is improved and it provides reference for the follow-up development of CATIA.
