摘　　要：螺旋埋弧焊管生产中,由于焊剂回收、除尘装置存在卸料器不卸料、管路堵塞等问题,造成了生产不能连续、稳定进行,且经常有大量焊剂随粉尘排出,焊剂浪费严重。分析了这些问题的产生原因,并设计制作了回收效果好、连续工作性强、除尘性能好、不受气温限制的焊剂回收、除尘装置,确保了焊剂的正常回收利用及焊剂粉尘的有效清除,减少了焊剂的浪费,提高了经济效益,并有效降低了环境污染。Aiming at problems existed in welding flux collection and dedusting device during SAWH pipe production,such as undischarging and pipeline jam,it will affect the continuous and stable production,and a great deal of welding flux discharge along with dust,cause serious waste.This article analyzed the reasons and designed a kind of new device which possesses the advantages with good collection characteristics,continuous working,good dedusting capability and no limit to temperature,it run stably and obtained good collection result.It can ensure normal collection welding flux and effectively eliminate welding flux dust,reduce welding flux waste,increase economic efficiency and effectively lower environment pollution.
