摘　　要：借鉴石家庄市的供热计量改革工作经验,探讨了热价政策、依托能源服务公司进行供热计量改造的方法及改造后的运行管理、供热计量改造的经济性分析,提出了供热计量改革工作的建议。Borrowing from the heat-supply metering reform experience in Shijiazhuang City, the heat price policy, the heat-supply metering reform method relied on energy service company, the operation management after the reform and the economic analysis of heat-supply metering reform are discussed. Suggestions on heat-supply metering reform are made.
